PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leave-in bactericidal cleanser composition, which can achieve both pH stability in weakly acid conditions that is low-irritant to the skin and an immediate and sufficient bactericidal effect, has appropriate shape retention of foam, defoams in a suitable time without remaining foam, is easily dried, and has excellent usability.SOLUTION: A leave-in bactericidal cleanser composition contains (A) a quaternary ammonium compound, (B) a nonionic surfactant, (C) at least one kind selected from an amino acid, an amino acid salt, sodium dl-pyrrolidone carboxylate, (D) an alcohol having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, (E) citric acid, and (F) sodium citrate. The content of the (D) component is 20 mass% to 45 mass%, and the total content of the (E) and (F) components is 0.05 mass% to 0.3 mass%.
