A flowerpot (300) is formed to be fitted to net knots (201) of the net member, and includes a water through-hole (301) on the side wall or the bottom surface. A frame member (210) is formed on the outside of the net member which has the same shape of the inner cross section of the water tank. The net member includes more than three protrusions protruded from the frame member toward the outside.
