The root canal treatment device for cleaning a root canal in accordance with the present invention comprises: a storage container for storing a cleaning liquid supplied from the outside； an ultrasonic oscillator for applying ultrasonic waves to the cleaning liquid stored in the storage container； a spray hole for spraying the cleaning liquid applied with the ultrasonic waves in the storage container toward the root canal； and a nozzle having a suction port for sucking the cleaning liquid in the root canal, wherein the root canal is cleaned.본 발명은 근관을 세정하는 근관 치료장치, 근관을 충전하는 근관 치료장치 및 근관을 세정 및 충전하는 근관 치료장치에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 근관을 세정하는 근관 치료장치는 외부로부터 공급된 세정액이 저장되는 저장용기, 상기 저장용기 내에 저장된 세정액에 초음파를 인가시키는 초음파 발진기 및 상기 저장용기 내에서 초음파가 인가된 세정액을 근관을 향하여 분사하는 분사구 및 상기 근관 내의 세정액을 흡입하는 흡입구가 형성된 노즐을 포함하며, 상기 근관을 세정하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
