PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a tomosynthesis image having reduced artifact and reflecting contrast between tissues.SOLUTION: A first filter that reduces a low frequency component at a larger ratio than for a high frequency component is applied to measurement projection data and then the data is subjected to back projection, thereby reconstituting a first tomosynthesis image. Further, measurement projection data to which a second filter having a smaller ratio for reducing a low frequency component to a high frequency component than the first filter has been applied is subjected to back projection, thereby reconstituting a second tomosynthesis image.
