PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower limb orthosis capable of further reducing resistance in dorsal flexion motion of a foot joint, and enhancing durability of a C-shaped spring.SOLUTION: A lower limb orthosis comprises: a leg attachment part attached to an ankle of a wearer； a foot attachment part 10 which is coupled to the leg attachment part in a manner of capable of moving to the leg attachment part with a foot of a wearer； a C-shaped spring 20 for coupling the leg attachment part and the foot attachment part； and an elastic body 16 arranged in the C-shaped spring and attached to the foot attachment part.
