An improved RF apparatus for treating slight blemishes and/or pathologies of a human body, characterized in that said apparatus comprises an electronically controlled RF emitter, a RF source, a control device and a man-machine interface, said emitter comprising a plurality of electric contacts made of a biocompatible material, said electric contacts coupling said RF source to said human body, a movement sensor to detect a displacement of said emitter, and a temperature sensor to detect a temperature increase of a portion of said human body being treaded.
