A method for manufacturing hydrogel chlorine dioxide/PEG crosslinking polymerization linked product comprises introducing PEG and deionized water at a proper ratio into a container to form a mixture solution adding peroxides in the container to reduce oxygen contained in the water of the mixture solution back to hydrogen peroxide for dissociation and causing the dissociated ions to link to functional groups of PEG so that the PEG may carry water molecules adding a proper amount of PEG in the container adding peroxides in the container to serve as a catalyst to dissociate water contained in the mixture solution adding water soluble high-molecule polymer in the container to link to PEG by means of leaving groups thereof and to increase the molecular weight of the solution during the polymerization process and then adding pure water or deionized water in the container and finally using a high rotational speed homogenizer to make the mixture solution form a colloidal carrier and adding a proper amount of chlorine dioxide tablet to polymerize with the colloidal carrier to form hydrogel chlorine dioxide/PEG crosslinking polymerization linked product. In each of the above steps, a temperature control and regulation mechanism is used to maintain the temperature of the mixture solution at Celsius 85 DEG C±20%.
