1. Thermostable lyophilized composition containing: a drug or lipid component, consisting of one or more nonionic surfactants (surfactant) .2. A thermostable lyophilized composition comprising: a drug or lipid component, consisting of one or more nonionic surfactants and one or more steroids. 4. The composition of claim 3, wherein the lipid component consists of 1-monopalmitoylglycerol (MPG) and cholesterol (CHO). Thermostable lyophilized composition containing: a drug and preformed vesicles that contain a nonionic surfactant, a steroid and an ionic amphiphilic substance. 6. The composition of claim 5, wherein the ionic amphiphilic substance is dicetyl phosphate (DCP). The composition of claim 5, wherein the ionic amphiphilic substance is diphosphatidylglycerol (DPPG). The composition of claim 6, wherein the nonionic surfactant is 1-monopalmitoylglycerol (MPG) and the steroid is cholesterol (CHO). The composition of claim 7, wherein the nonionic surfactant is 1-monopalmitoylglycerol (MPG) and the steroid is cholesterol (CHO). Thermostable lyophilized composition containing: a medicinal product and vesicles that contain a nonionic surfactant, steroid and phosphoglyceride. 11. The composition of claim 10, wherein the phosphoglyceride is diphosphatidylglycerol (DPPG). The composition of claim 11, wherein the nonionic surfactant is 1-monopalmitoylglycerol (MPG) and the steroid is cholesterol (CHO).
