PURPOSE: An LED light emitting device using RGB and IR LED is provided to adjust running time and driving current according to physical characteristics of a user, thereby alleviating pain and increasing metabolism of human body.CONSTITUTION: An LED light emitting device using RGB and IR LED comprises an LED array(110), a covered part(120), a controller(130), and a power supply unit(140). On a plurality of substrates, a plurality of LEDs including 2 or greater of red LED, green LED, blue LED, and infrared ray LED are arranged in a row. A plurality of connectors is arranged in each of the plurality of substrates and electrically connects the plurality of substrates. The covered part surrounds the plurality of substrates and the plurality of connectors. A plurality of holes is formed in order to emit the light emitted from the plurality of LEDs to outside. The controller controls on/off-frequency, driving current and running time of the plurality of LEDs.
