The present invention relates to the compound amino-phenyl-acetic acid octadec-(Z)-9-enyl ester, an enantiomer thereof or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or a pharmaceutical composition comprising it, for use in the treatment of tumors and metastases, and to methods for treating a tumor or metastases comprising administering said compound to a subject in need thereof.
