N-benzylaniline derivatives and uses thereof are disclosed. The derivative is a compound represented by Formula I, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The compound has protective effects other than cerebral ischemia / reperfusion injury, and analgesic effect on chronic pathological pain, and is used for stroke, neuropathic pain, and inflammatory pain A number of drugs can be prepared.
