Provided is an anti-pull fixing structure of endoscope, which is connected to a soft tube for fixing purpose. The structure comprises: a combined housing, a fixing member, and an anti-pull rope. The combined housing is composed of a first joint member and a second joint member. The fixing member has one end formed thereon a fixing board, which is provided with at least two fixing holes and has a through hole formed by passing through the fixing member. A channel is formed in the soft tube, which is communicated with the through hole of the fixing member. The anti-pull rope has one end passing through the channel of the soft tube, the through hole of the fixing member, and the fixing holes. The anti-pull rope is formed with at least one bending part, and is fixed to the fixing board. When the anti-pull rope is in a pulling state, the anti-pull rope will not slide to be separated from the fixing holes.
