PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food storage method and the like which suitably store a large amount of food for a long period of time in a warehouse and the like.SOLUTION: Food storage warehouse 1 stores food 31 in a storage chamber 3. The storage chamber 3 includes: an air-conditioning device 21 for conditioning an indoor temperature of the storage chamber 3 an air-sending device 11 for sending the air in an attic space 7 through a sending port 13 into the chamber and a discharge device 17 for discharging the air in the storage chamber 3 through a discharge port 15 to outside of the food storage warehouse 1. The sending port 13 and the discharge port 15 are positioned so as to face in the storage chamber 3. The air conditioner 21 conditiones the air such that the indoor temperature in the storage chamber 3 becomes closer to the predetermined temperature. The air-sending device 11 and the discharge device 17 perform a continuous ventilation when the temperature of the food 31 is not in a storage temperature range, and perform an intermittent ventilation when the temperature of the food 31 is in the storage temperature range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】 倉庫などにおいて多くの食品を長期に保管することに適した食品保管方法等を提供する。【解決手段】 食品保管倉庫1では、保管室3において食品31を保管する。保管室3は、当該保管室3の室内温度を調整する空調装置21と、天井裏スペース7の空気を送入口13から室内に送入する送入装置11と、保管室3の室内から排出口15より食品保管倉庫1の外に排出する排出装置17を備える。送入口13と排出口15は、保管室3において対向する位置にある。空調装置21は、保管室3の室内温度を設定温度に近くなるように空調する。送入装置11及び排出装置17は、食品31の温度が保管温度帯にないときには連続換気を行い、食品31の温度が保管温度帯にあるときには間欠的に換気を行う。【選択図】 図1
