The present invention relates to a portable device for pulling a patient's spine. The device comprises a traction arch (4) attachable to the patient's skull by means of cranial pins (3) that can be inserted into the skull, said arch is fixed with a mobile base (9) slidably mounted on guides (2) that join said mobile base with a fixed base (11) suitable for placing the patient on it, and where a sliding movement of the mobile base with respect to the fixed base allows traction of the patient's spine.La presente invención se refiere a un dispositivo portátil para traccionar la columna vertebral de un paciente. El dispositivo comprende un arco de tracción (4) acoplable al cráneo del paciente mediante unos pines craneales (3) introducibles en el cráneo, dicho arco está fijado con una base móvil (9) montada de forma deslizante sobre unas guías (2) que unen dicha base móvil con una base fija (11) adecuada para colocar al paciente sobre ella, y donde un movimiento deslizante de la base móvil respecto de la base fija permite la tracción de la columna vertebral del paciente.
