PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring apparatus being simply assembled and stably usable for a long period of time.SOLUTION: The measuring apparatus includes: a first case disposed with a measuring electrode a second case having a terminal, storing a circuit board for performing measuring processing and connected to the first case and a connecting member disposed between the first case and the second case, having one end connected to the terminal and the other end coming into contact with the measuring electrode by self elastic force, and formed of a single member.
