The invention relates to a hitch device for an implement (D), capable of being mounted on an agricultural vehicle (1), comprising: – a first chassis (6) extending in a vertical plane (P), the normal to which is substantially the direction of travel of the hitch, – a second chassis (8) also extending in the vertical plane (P) and mounted with capacity for translational movement on the first chassis in the transverse direction with respect to the direction of travel of the hitch, – actuating means (82, 82a, 82b) for causing the translational movement of the second chassis with respect to the first chassis, – an attachment device for fixing the first chassis to the rear of the agricultural vehicle, – a system for attaching an agricultural implement, the said system allowing the said implement to pivot about the vertical.Linvention se rapporte à un dispositif dattelage dun outil (D), propre à être monté sur un engin agricole (1), comprenant : - un premier châssis (6) sétendant suivant un plan (P) vertical, dont la normale est sensiblement la direction de progression de lattelage, - un second châssis (8) sétendant également suivant le plan (P) vertical et monté en translation sur le premier châssis suivant la direction transversale par rapport à la direction de progression de lattelage, - des moyens dactionnement (82, 82a, 82b) de la translation du second châssis par rapport au premier châssis, - un dispositif de fixation du premier châssis à larrière de lengin agricole, - un système pour accrocher un outil agricole, ledit système autorisant un pivotement dudit outil autour de la verticale.
