Side pieces (110b, 110b) are fitted into the upper end openings (108b, 108b) of joining holes (108, 108) disposed holding adjacent side walls (102, 102) between them to attach a U-shaped joining member (110) in cross-section and join planting containers (100, 100) with each other, and the horizontal piece (105) of one planting container (100) is fitted over the upper end of the side wall (102) of the other planting container (100).
