PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical treatment apparatus that even when, for example, a dysuria patient is irradiated with a light beam, where a treatment part is located at a position on the patients back, a position incapable of being viewed by the patient himself/herself, and the light irradiation is performed at home or the like by the patient himself/herself, is capable of performing the light irradiation accurately directed to a sacral foramen and, as a result, is capable of implementing an appropriate treatment.SOLUTION: An optical treatment apparatus comprises: a light source a housing surrounding the light source an optical window formed at part of the housing, the optical window transmitting light a housing side fitting part formed at part of the housing an adhesive sheet to be stuck on the skin a transmission window formed on part of the adhesive sheet and a sheet side fitting part in a convex shape, the sheet side fitting part being formed on the adhesive sheet.
