The present invention relates to a method of production of an irrigation pipe (12), said method including: providing a strip of flexible weldable or bondable material with a plurality of irrigation elements (14) fitted to said strip； bending or twisting said strip so as to juxtapose or overlap lateral edges thereof； and welding or bonding integrally said edges so as to obtain a seam and a closed pipe section.
