PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a livestock fed from the leftover food of the livestock feed to the raw material is provided to prevent the bad smell in a processing level and manufacture the food at low cost. CONSTITUTION: A leftover food is smashed in a food crusher(10) to eat. The smashed food is molded in a molder(20). The molding of a rod-shape is processed by the processing machine. The extruded molding is desiccated through drier in 5~20 processes. In order to suitable for the domestic animals regimen the built moldings is to pieces shattered to the suitable size and wraps in the waterproof wrapper. A screw(201) is installed to drain and the crushed food mixed by the part of moisture remaining inside cylinder.본 발명은 학교, 직장, 관공서를 비롯하여 음식점과 같이 먹고 남은 음식물이 많이 발생하는 장소에서 발생하는 먹고 남은 음식물을 변질 되지 않게 2∼5℃의 내장실에 수용하여 수거하고 변질이 되기 전에 파쇄하고 성형하여 건조가 쉽도록 가공하여 건조하고 절단하는 단계로 제조되는 가축사료의 제조방법에 관한 것으로 구체적인 것은 냉장실을 갖춘 수거용 차량을 이용하여 먹고 남은 음식물을 2∼5℃를 유지하는 수용실에 수용하여 수거하고, 파쇄한 다음 압축성형기를 이용하여 두께 2∼5mm 폭100∼600mm되는 얇은판 또는 두께 2∼5mm, 폭3∼20mm 되는 국수형상으로 가공하여 건조가 쉽도록 준비한 다음, 적외선 히터가 장치된 건조실에 넣어 250∼400℃로 5∼20분간 열처리하면서 송풍기로 제습하여 건조시키고 가축의 섭생에 따라 먹기 좋은 크기로 절단하여 포장하는 순서로 제조되는 가축 사료의 제조방법이다.
