Disclosed are a liquid composition for protecting liver with the high content of ginsenoside F2, Rg3 and compound K comprising a fermented liquid complex of active mountain-cultivated ginseng as an active ingredient, and a preparation method thereof. The liquid composition according to the present invention has an outstanding liver protection function, thereby being useful as a functional food for preventing and alleviating non-alcoholic and alcoholic dyshepatia even with low volume (below 1/2) compared to an existing red ginseng drink. Also, the liquid composition is useful as a drink for preventing or relieving hangover caused by alcohols and alcohol metabolite.본 발명에서는 활성산양삼 복합-발효액을 유효성분으로 포함하는 진세노사이드 F2, Rg3 및 컴파운드 케이 고함량 간 보호용 액상조성물 및 그 제조방법이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 액상조성물은 간 보호 기능이 탁월하여 종래 홍삼 음료에 비하여 저용량(1/2 이하)으로도 비알코올성 및 알코올성 간 기능 장애의 예방 및 개선용 기능성식품으로 유용하다. 또 알코올 및 알코올 대사산물에 기인한 숙취의 예방 또는 해소용 음료로 유용하다.
