PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To concretely extract information on used medicines and results acquired by using the medicines to comparison object patients regarding another patient having a constitution similar to that of a diagnostic target patient.SOLUTION: Constitution information of a diagnostic target patient including at least either gene information or allergy information of the diagnostic target patient is acquired by constitution information acquisition means 21. Constitution information of each of multiple patients of comparison objects is acquired as compared constitution information by compared constitution information acquisition means 22. A similarity to the constitution information of the diagnostic target patient is calculated for each comparison constitution information and each compared constitution information whose calculated similarity satisfies a prescribed threshold condition is extracted as similar constitution information by constitution information extraction means 23. Medicine(s) used for a patient corresponding to the compared constitution information and medicine use information generated when using the medicine(s) to the patient corresponding to the compared constitution information are extracted as reference information by reference information extraction means 24.【課題】診断対象患者の体質と類似する体質を有する他の患者について、使用した薬剤およびその薬剤を比較対象患者に使用して得られた結果等の情報を具体的に抽出する。【解決手段】体質情報取得手段２１により診断対象患者の遺伝子情報およびアレルギー情報の少なくとも一方を含んでなる診断対象患者の体質情報を取得し、比較体質情報取得手段２２により比較対象である複数の患者の体質情報を比較体質情報として取得し、類似体質情報抽出手段２３により比較体質情報ごとに診断対象患者の体質情報との類似度をそれぞれ算出するとともに算出された類似度が所定のしきい値条件を満たす比較体質情報を類似体質情報として抽出し、参照情報抽出手段２４により抽出された類似体質情報ごとに、比較体質情報に対応する患者に使用した薬剤と薬剤を比較体質情報に対応する患者に使用した際の薬剤使用情報を参照情報として抽出する。【選択図】図１
