PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid jetting device capable of jetting a fluid to an accurate position of a surgical site, and a medical apparatus.SOLUTION: The fluid jetting device includes a pulsation generating part 20 converting a fluid into a pulsation flow a suction tube 80 protrusively provided at the pulsation generating part 20 a fluid jet tube 70 eccentrically inserted into the suction tube 80 so that its outer peripheral surface contacts the inner peripheral surface of the suction tube 80 and having a fluid jet opening 72 communicating with the pulsation generating part 20 a suction passage 81 formed between the inner peripheral surface of the suction tube 80 and the outer peripheral surface of the fluid jet tube 70 a suction opening 82 a light source 91 and a light guide member 100 provided on the outer peripheral surface of the suction tube 80 to guide light emitted from the light source 91.
