PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid injection device capable of injecting fluid to a correct surgical site and a medical device.SOLUTION: A fluid injection device includes: a pulsation generation part 20 for converting fluid to a pulsation flow a suction tube 80 protrudingly mounted to the pulsation generation part 20 a fluid injection tube 70 which is eccentrically inserted into the suction tube 80 so that the outer peripheral surface is in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the suction tube 80, and which has a fluid injection opening 72 communicated with the pulsation generation part 20 a suction flow passage 81 formed between the inner peripheral surface of the suction tube 80 and the outer peripheral surface of the fluid injection tube 70 a suction opening 82 a light source 91 and a light guiding member 100 provided to the outer peripheral surface of the suction tube 80 for guiding light emitted by the light source 91.
