The present invention relates to an antioxidative composition containing, as an active ingredient, an uldavioside A compound isolated from a carrot extract, and it has been confirmed that the above-mentioned urodiboside A compound has an excellent antioxidative activity. Therefore, it is expected that the cryoprecipitate A compound of the present invention can be used for the development of excellent antioxidative compositions.본 발명은 유근피 추출물로부터 분리한 울다비오시드 A(uldavioside A) 화합물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 항산화 조성물에 관한 것으로, 상기 울다비오시드 A 화합물이 우수한 항산화 활성이 있음을 확인하였다.따라서, 본 발명의 울다비오시드 A 화합물을 우수한 항산화 조성물의 개발에 이용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
