PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a greening mat on which moss and artificial turf are mixed and in which moss is prevented from coming off.SOLUTION: The method of producing a greening mat according to the first aspect of the present invention comprises the following steps (1) to (3). (1) A step of preparing an artificial turf comprising a substrate not containing moss and a plurality of piles of imitation grass which stand on the surface of the substrate. (2) A step of placing moss in cultivation spaces formed between the plurality of piles on the surface of the substrate.
