PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sudden stop operation in a high centroid state in which a work machine is lifted.SOLUTION: A sulky rice transplanter 1 includes: a travel machine body 2; and a planting work machine 4 connected at a rear part of the travel machine body 2 to be lifted/lowered. The sulky rice transplanter further includes: a rotation sensor 28 arranged in a rear wheel power transmission shaft 23 of the travel machine body 2 and detecting rotation of the rear wheel power transmission shaft 23; a lifting/lowering height sensor 46 detecting a lifting/lowering height of the planting work machine 4; and a control section 45 inputting a detection signal from at least the rotation sensor 28 and the lifting/lowering height sensor 46.
