PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve interaction between a user and a medical instrument.SOLUTION: An instruction given by a user is sensed by a user instruction sensor 13 and an electronic signal corresponding to an expression of the instruction is transferred to a processor 10. The processor 10 comprises an interpretation unit 10-1 for determining an instruction which can be operated through a medical instrument 1 on the basis of transferred operation data 12-1 or, according to circumstances, a user parameter sensed by a user parameter sensor 17 and a mapping unit 10-2. The interpretation unit 10-1 performs recognition and/or interpretation on a displayed instruction transferred according to an interpretation rule 12-11 included in the operation data 12-1 and interprets a user instruction to output the displayed one. Mapping is executed according to a mapping rule 12-12 included in the operation data 12-1.
