Disclosed are an exhaust gas post-treatment device and a combine harvester including the same. According to an aspect of the present invention, the exhaust gas post-treatment device includes: a diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) module which oxidizes and removes harmful materials, included in exhaust gas, upstream of the reducing agent inlet module, considering a flow of the exhaust gas； a partial oxidation catalyst (POC) module which is arranged downstream of the reducing agent inlet module, considering a flow of the exhaust gas, extracts ammonia by making urea solution, injected in the exhaust gas, react to the exhaust gas, and filters out particulate materials included in the exhaust gas； and a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) module which removes nitrogen oxide in the exhaust gas mixed with ammonia, entering from the POC module, by a denitrification reaction using a catalyst, considering a flow of the exhaust gas. A spraying nozzle is installed to be inclined on a rear end portion of the reducing agent inlet module to face a POC front side unit of the POC module and directly sprays the urea solution to the POC front side. The present invention is to provide the exhaust gas post-treatment device which can obtain time and distance to uniformly mix the urea solution and the exhaust gas.배기가스 후처리 장치 및 이를 포함하는 콤바인이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 배기가스 후처리 장치는, 배기가스 유동을 기준으로 상기 환원제 투입 모듈 상류에서 배기가스에 포함된 유해물질을 산화시켜 제거하는 DOC(Diesel Oxidation Catalyst) 모듈과, 배기가스 유동을 기준으로 상기 환원제 투입 모듈 하류에 배치되며 배기가스 중에 분사된 상기 요소수를 배기가스와 반응시켜 암모니아를 추출하고 배기가스 중에 포함된 입자상 물질을 걸러내는 POC(Partial Oxidation Catalyst) 모듈과, 배기가스 유동을 기준으로 상기 환원제 투입 모듈 하류에서 상기 POC 모듈에서 유입되는 암모니아가 혼합된 배기가스 중의 질소산화물을 촉매를 이용한 탈질반응을 통해 제거하는 SCR(Selective Catalytic Reduction) 모듈을 포함하며, POC 모듈의 POC 전면부를 향하도록 상기 환원제 투입 모듈 후단에 분사노즐이 경사 설치되어 POC 전면부에 요소수를 직접 분사하도록 된 것을 구성의 요지로 한다.
