The use of the biomolecules of Trichoderma sp. as a protozoan intracellular chemotherapy for the present invention refers to the use of low molecular fraction of crude extract of the fungus Trichoderma sp.As antiparasitic to intracellular protozoa Leishmania major and Leishmania amazonensis and Leishmania braziliensis by Leishmania mexicana,,, trypanossoma cruzi and Toxoplasma gondii.At present, the advancement of biotechnology intensifies the search for biomolecules with potential chemotherapeutic.The isolation of biomolecules and the research target of action is an alternative for the production of compounds with the purpose of treating parasitic diseases.This proposal is the use of bio molecules isolated from the fungus Trichoderma sp.In the elimination of intracellular protozoa and consequent reduction of symptoms characteristic of parasitic diseases without undesirable side effects to the host.The tests with cultures of intracellular parasites exposed to the fraction of low molecular weight of Trichoderma sp.Resulted in loss of viability in proportion to the increase of the concentration, showing a potential toxic effect of the molecules of the Trichoderma sp. in the control of protozoa.The use of lower concentration of fraction of extt in macrophages infected is able to induce the death of amastigotas L.Amazonensis in the cytoplasm of macrophages J774 observed in ultrastructural analysis.uso de biomoléculas de trichoderma sp. como quimioterápico para protozoários intracelulares a presente invenção refere-se ao uso da fração de baixo molecular do extrato bruto do fungo trichoderma sp. como antiparasitário para protozoários intracelulares como leishmania amazonensis, leishmania major, leishmania braziliensis, leishmania mexicana, trypanossoma cruzi e toxoplasma gondii. atualmente, o avanço biotecnológico intensifica a busca por biomoléculas com potencial quimioterápico. o isolamento de biomoléculas e investigação do alvo de ação é uma alternativa para a produção
