The present invention relates to a hydrogel composition which is sensitive to the skin temperature and a production method of the same. The hydrogel composition contains the following: 0.1-10 wt% of at least one non-ionic gellation polymer selected from tara gum or tamarind seed gum； 0.1-5 wt% of ionic gellation polymer containing carrageenan； 0.1-1 wt% of skin compatible promotion agent selected from beta-glucan, hydrolyzed collagen, and sodium hyaluronate； 1-30 wt% of polyalcohol containing glycerin； and 30-90 wt% of water.
