The present invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising collagen and hyaluronic acid, and optionally containing silver. Said compositions may be in the form of a hydrogel, pad or dry spray. The invention also relates to the preparation process of said compositions in pad form. Finally, the invention relates to the use of the compositions for the treatment of skin lesions.La présente invention concerne des compositions pharmaceutiques contenant du collagène et de l'acide hyaluronique et, éventuellement, de l'argent. Lesdites compositions peuvent prendre la forme d'un hydrogel, d'une lingette ou d'une pulvérisation sèche. L'invention concerne également le procédé de préparation desdites compositions se présentant sous la forme d'une lingette.
