A guiding tube apparatus and a drug delivery apparatus are provided. The drug delivery apparatus includes a drug inhaler, a guiding tube apparatus and a pressure sensor. The drug inhaler contains drug. The guiding tube apparatus includes a hollowed body and a guiding member. The hollowed body is separateable to engage with the mouthpiece of the drug inhaler. The guiding member is disposed on inner wall of the hollowed body, and forms a sensing channel and a drug channel with the inner wall. The sensing and drug channels are communicated with two openings of the hollowed body. The pressure sensor is disposed at a surface of the hollowed body or the guiding member forming the sensing channel. Accordingly, pressure difference value in the sensing channel can be improved, and accuracy for evaluating drug use behavior can be improved.本發明提供一種導流管裝置及藥物傳遞裝置。藥物傳遞裝置包括藥物吸入器、導流管裝置、及壓力感測器。藥物吸入器容置藥物，並具有噴嘴供藥物噴出。導流管裝置包括中空主體、及導流件。此中空主體包括進氣口及出氣口，且中空主體形成此進氣口的一端用於供藥物吸入器之噴嘴裝設。導流件設於中空主體之內壁，並與中空主體之內壁共同圍構出感測通道及藥物通道。而感測通道及藥物通道皆連通中空主體的進氣口及出氣口。而壓力感測器設於中空主體或導流件形成感測通道的一面。藉此，可提升感測通道內的壓力差值，並提升評估病患用藥行為的準確性。
