PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for improving, preventing or treating female climacteric symptoms and/or osteoporosis.SOLUTION: There are provided a food composition, a pharmaceutical composition and a cosmetic composition for prevention and improvement of climacteric symptom and/or osteoporosis containing a Kakkon extract and a trifoliata orange extract. The food composition or the pharmaceutical composition preferably contains the trifoliata orange extract of 1 to 100 pts.w. based on 10 pts.wt. of the Kakkon extract. In the food composition or the pharmaceutical composition the extract is more preferably an extract from one or more extract solvent selected from water, alcohol with 1 to 5 carbon atoms, ethylacetate, acetone and chloroform. More preferably, the food composition contains one or more component selected from soybean oil, beeswax, lecithin and tocopherol.EFFECT: As it has quick effect on prevention or improvement of female climacteric symptom without cytotoxicity and side effects, it can be effectively used for a hormone substitute, a food composition, a pharmaceutical composition and a cosmetic composition used for prevention or improvement of climacteric symptom.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】女性更年期症状及び/又は骨粗鬆症の改善、予防又は治療用組成物の提供。【解決手段】葛根抽出物及び枳殻抽出物を含む、更年期症状及び/又は骨粗鬆症の予防・改善用の食品組成物、薬学組成物、及び化粧料組成物。葛根抽出物10重量部に対して、枳殻抽出物を1~100重量部で含むことが好ましい、前記食品又は薬学組成物。前記抽出物が、水、炭素数1~5のアルコール、エチルアセテート、アセトン及びクロロホルムから選択された一つ以上の抽出溶媒の抽出物であることがより好ましい前記食品又は薬学組成物。大豆油、蜜蝋、レシチン及びトコフェロールから選択された一つ以上の成分を更に含むことが更に好ましい、前記食品組成物。【効果】女性更年期症状予防又は改善に迅速な効果があり、細胞毒性及び副作用がないので、更年期症状の予防又は改善に使用されるホルモン代替療法、食品組成物、薬学組成物及び化粧料組成物に有用に利用され得る。【選択図】図1
