PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raising seedling facility in which many raising seedling trays can easily be carried our or in and the seedlings of each raising seedling tray can be raised in a constant environment. SOLUTION: The raising seedling facility is characterized by having a raising seedling chamber 10 in which temperature and humidity are controlled, and further having bottom watering tanks 12 disposed at many upper and lower stages, cages 24 for loading raising seedling trays T thereon, an endless chain 23 which supports the cages 24 and is moved so that each cage 24 is immersed in the bottom watering tank 12 at each stage, sprocket wheels 13 to 22 for guiding the endless chain 23, a watering means 38 for periodically supplying water to the bottom watering tank 12, and automatic watering devices 40 for draining the water, when the water reaches a prescribed level in the bottom watering tank 12, in the raising seedling chamber 10.
