PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the installation cost of a plant factory, facilitate its extension and alteration, prevent damage due to agrochemicals and increase the efficiency of farm workings. SOLUTION: A greenhouse 1 is divided into a raising area 1 and a working area 5, and partitioned with a partitioning member 7. An endless carrier device 13 is installed in the raising area 3 and the working area 5 passing through auto-doors 9 and 11. In the working area 5, the endless carrier device 13 has plural meandering parts. In the working area 5, an agrochemical-spraying room 29 for spraying an agent such as an agrochemical on plants, an irrigation room 31 for performing a work for feeding water to plants and a working room 33 to be used for farm workings such as bud picking. In the working area 5, chairs are placed, and a worker can perform workings in as-sat posture owing to the endless carrier device 13.
