PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output an indicator for achieving a target activity age.SOLUTION: A pedometer includes an activity amount-acquiring unit 11 that acquires the amount of activity of a person being measured, an indicator-acquiring unit 15 that acquires the indicator pertaining to the amount of activity, and an indicator-outputting unit 18 that outputs the acquired indicator. The indicator-acquiring unit 15 includes an activity age-acquiring unit 16 for acquiring the activity age using somatic information about the person being measured, which represents the standard age of people having the same amount of activity as the amount of activity acquired in a unit period of time.
