PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extremely easily and quickly execute two-dimensional or three dimensional feature extraction, shape description or shape classification.SOLUTION: A reference shape circumscribing or inscribing an outer shape of a target area of a processing object is obtained by first processing means 31.
