La présente invention concerne un procédé d'allongement et/ou de densification des fibres, sur une matière kératinique, caractérisé en qu'il met en œuvre une composition, notamment cosmétique, en particulier de maquillage, comprenant au moins : - une huile volatile hydrocarbonée, - des particules d'au moins un polymère stabilisé en surface par un agent stabilisant, et - un polymère filmogène hydrophobe choisi parmi les copolymères séquencés hydrocarbonés, les résines hydrocarbonées et leurs mélanges.
