A cosmetic composition for suppressing sebum secretion contains the fraction as an active ingredient. A maluspumila mill extract is prepared by extracting with water, anhydrous or hydrous low alcohol of 1-4 carbon atoms(methanol, ethanol, propanol, butanol), acetone, ethyl acetate, chloroform, 1,3-butylene glycol, or a mixture thereof. The extract is the ethyl acetate fraction of maluspumila mill peel.본 발명은 풋사과 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모공 수축용 또는 피지 분비 억제용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.
