PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incubator capable of heating the whole upper face of a mat for laying a baby thereon in a generally or approximately uniform manner and being easily manufactured in a simple constitution.SOLUTION: The incubator includes: a mat for laying a baby thereon a heater capable of radiating an upper face of the mat with heating rays. The heater includes: a rod-like heating body having a center in a generally upper side with respect to a center of the upper face of the mat and a reflector having a reflection face covering the heating body from above around the axial center of the heating body. The reflection face is constituted by sequentially arranging plural reflection face parts having a plane rectangular shape extended generally in parallel to the axial center direction of the heating body in adjacently contact with each other in a direction perpendicular to the axial center direction.
