Provided is a binocular optometry device. The binocular optometry device comprises a light source (1), a condensing lens group (2), a light splitting device (3) and an optical element adjustment device. The light splitting device (3) splits light into two beams, wherein the first beam of light forms, on a first imaging unit (7), a first dot plot of eye ground (ER) reflected light from a first human eye (8) through a first eye ground imaging light path, and the second beam of light forms, on a second imaging unit (14), a second dot plot of the eye ground (ER) reflected light from a second human eye (11) through a second eye ground imaging light path the optical element adjustment device adjusts the first and second eye ground imaging light paths in the real pupil distance direction the light source (1) is adjusted in an optical axis direction and keeps fogging, so that for subjects with different dioptres, clear first and second dot plots for the binocular eye grounds (ER) can be respectively obtained on the first imaging unit (7) and the second imaging unit (14) and the light source (1) and the binocular eye grounds (ER) are conjugated relative to the condensing lens group (2). The binocular optometry device can measure the dioptres and the pupil distance of two eyes, and can accurately determine the astigmatism and axial view of two eyes.Linvention concerne un dispositif doptométrie binoculaire.
