Provided are methods and compositions for using protease binding proteins in combination with other therapeutic agents to treat inflammatory disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, multiple sclerosis, systemic sclerosis, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, inflammatory bowel disease (e.g., Crohn's and ulcerative colitis).
