PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a model animal having peritoneopatyhy under peritoneal dialysis.SOLUTION: A method for preparing a model animal having peritoneopatyhy under peritoneal dialysis includes a preparation step of preparing nonhuman animal having tissue disorder on the surface of peritoneum and administration step of administrating complement-activating factor in the peritoneum of the nonhuman animal. The preparation step may be a step including scraping of the surface of peritoneum. The administration step may be a step of administrating a liquid for peritoneal dialysis or osmotic pressure liquid in addition to the complement-activating factor into the peritoneum of the nonhuman animal and administration step may be practiced plural times. Further, the administration step may be a step of administrating a cell membrane component derived from fungus, especially zymosan as the complement-activating factor.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】腹膜透析下での腹膜障害モデル動物を提供する。【解決手段】腹膜表面に組織障害を有する非ヒト動物を準備する準備工程と、この非ヒト動物の腹腔内に補体活性化因子を投与する投与工程とを備える、腹膜透析下での腹膜障害モデル動物の作製方法。前記準備工程は、非ヒト動物の腹膜表面を擦過することを含む工程としてもよい。前記投与工程は、非ヒト動物の腹腔に補体活性化因子とともに腹膜透析用液または同等の浸透圧液を投与する工程としてもよく、投与工程を複数回実施してもよい。さらに前記投与工程は、補体活性化因子として真菌由来の細胞膜成分、特にザイモザン、を投与する工程であってもよい。【選択図】図1
