To provide various features such as a prescription-driven dialysis fluid preparation, an integrated disposable hydraulic circuit, and a sensor function enabling precise filling processing and discharge processing control in a high safety margin, in a flow system for a peritoneal dialysis.SOLUTION: A dialysate providing method uses a device for formulating a dialysate for a first batch for a dialysis treatment session. The device has a mixed batch container where a fluid is sent thereto using a pump in order to formulate the dialysate for the first batch for use in the peritoneal dialysis treatment with the cycler assistance. A pumping part of the device executes the peritoneal dialysis treatment with the cycler assistance for transferring the dialysate from the first batch container to a patient's peritoneum and extracting the dialysate for the first batch from the peritoneum. The net fluid increase or decrease between the fluid transferred to the peritoneum and the fluid extracted from there is measured, and the dialysate for the second batch for CAPD is formulated and is filled in the CAPD container from the mixed batch container.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8A【課題】腹膜透析用流動システムは、処方箋主導の透析流体調合、一体型使い捨て流体回路、及び高い安全マージンで正確な充填処理及び排出処理制御を可能にするセンサ機能等の様々な特徴を提供する。【解決手段】 透析物提供方法は、透析処置セッション用の第１バッチ分の透析物を調合する装置を用いる。前記装置は、サイクラ補助付き腹膜透析処置に用いる第１バッチ分の透析物を調合するために、流体がポンプで送り込まれる混合済みバッチ容器を有する。前記装置のポンピング部が透析物を第１バッチ容器から患者の腹膜に移送し、腹膜から第１バッチ分の透析物を抽出するサイクラ補助付き腹膜透析処置を実施する。腹膜に移送された流体とそこから抽出された流体との間の正味流体増加又は減少を測定し、ＣＡＰＤ用の第２バッチ分の透析物を調合し、前記混合済みバッチ容器から前記ＣＡＰＤ容器に充填する。【選択図】図８Ａ
