PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a light weight engine work machine capable of easily starting an engine.SOLUTION: A rotating shaft 201 can be rotated in a normal direction by repeating a drawing operation of a rope 202 by a worker under a state in which the rotating shaft 201 is engaged with an engaging part 104A. With this arrangement, a storage force shaft 104 is driven and a force storage can be attained at a spiral spring 103 at a force storage driving part 100. After a force is sufficiently stored at the spiral spring 103, a crank shaft 43 can be driven.
