The temperature control element (12) is disposed in the accommodation chamber (10a), and is provided with a refrigeration end (12a) and a heat dissipation end (12b). The heat dissipation element (13) is disposed at the heat dissipation end (12b) of the temperature control element (12), and is close to the air hole (10b). The cold conduction element (14) is disposed at the refrigeration end (12a) of the temperature control element (12), and is used for surrounding part of the injection pen (2).
