The present invention relates to a nuts food processing method the method is to handle a processing tool for performing direct processing on the nuts, so as to form a plurality of holes or recesses on the nuts, yet keeping the original shape of the nuts without cracks (i.e. not becoming particles or powders), thus making the nuts form pores structure in order to be served continently while maintaining its taste and other characteristics, so that people with a weak lower jaw or bad teeth are still able to eat readily, allowing them to enjoy the fun of chewing foods on their own. Meanwhile, because the nuts are subjected to the direct processing once only, the procedure is easy and quick, thereby enabling this invention to achieve practical benefits of making nuts ready to eat while maintaining the shape and characteristics thereof, increasing production speed and reducing production costs as well.本發明為有關一種堅果類食品加工方法,其方法為操控加工工具於堅果上進行直接加工,使堅果形成複數孔部或凹部,但保持堅果原外形不碎裂(即不成為微粒或粉末),讓堅果形成空孔化結構以便於食用但保持其口感等特性,故即使下顎無力或牙齒不好者仍可輕易食用,令其享受自行咬碎的食用樂趣,同時因僅需直接對堅果進行一次加工即可,故步驟較為簡便迅速,藉此令本發明達到讓堅果便於食用且維持其外型及特性,並提升生產速度及降低生產成本之實用進步性。1‧‧‧堅果11‧‧‧孔部12‧‧‧凹部
