PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin detergent composition which prevents the rise in the bulk hardness due to repeated melting on storage at high temperatures and crystallization on returning to normal temperatures, excels in storage stability even under various temperature conditions, and moreover excels in a feeling of use such as frothiness and water conformability.SOLUTION: The skin detergent composition comprises (A) a straight chain higher fatty acid, (B) carrageenan, and (C) a branched higher fatty acid and/or a branched higher alcohol.
