The present invention relates to a treatment and reusing system of drainage of a fish farm which, in discharging fish farming drainage occurred in fish culture, can minimize effects toward ecosystem near effluent, wherein a part of drainage can be recycled and reused as part of aquaculture water by filtration treatment using a separation membrane. According to the present invention, it is possible to secure effects of increasing added value of fishermen by preserving an aquaculture environment of drainage effluent, and also reducing a cost of taking the aquaculture water and treating drainage by recycling and reusing drainage by membrane filtration at the same time.본원 발명은 수산 양식에서 발생되는 양어 배출수를 배출함에 있어 방류수역 인근 생태계 영향을 최소화할 수 있는 수질 정화와 배출수 일부를 분리막을 이용한 여과처리로 양식 용수의 일부로서 순환, 재이용할 수 있는 양식장의 배출수 처리 및 재이용 시스템에 대한 것이다. 본원 발명에 따르면, 배출수 방류수역의 수생태계 보전, 양식 어류의 서식 환경 개선에 의한 양식 어민의 부가가치 증가 및 배출수의 분리막 여과에 의한 순환 재이용으로 양식 용수의 취수 비용 및 배출수 처리 비용 등을 동시에 줄이는 효과를 동반할 수 있다.
